19:00 Soup Kitchen (or equivalent) open till 21.00

(A time and area to be made available for King and Queen to treat with those who would contest the Crown tournament and their consorts if they wish.)

Saturday:

07.30: Breakfast
09.00 All cars to carpark
09:30 Opening Court
10:00 Lists open, armour inspection begins
10:30 Invocation Court followed by Crown Tournament
12.00 Ploughman’s lunch made available at list field
14:00 Race around the Known Worlde
14:30 Knights Council
15:30 Laurels Council
16:00 Bordescros Meeting
16:30 Pelicans Council
18:00 Feast

The feast will contain a Royal court, games, and the lighting of the bonfire.

Sunday:

07:30 Breakfast till approx 09:00
09.00 Duke Cornelius combat classes
09:00 IKAC round
09:30 Rose Tournament (Armoured & Fencing) open/armour inspection begins
10:00 Rose Tournament begins.
12.00 Lunch
14:00 Closing court

All timings are approximate and flexible to change at the discretion of Their Majesties.  It is also known that Kingdom officers may wish to hold meetings for those of their office at the event and space can be arranged to accommodate these.
