MENU (proposed): 
This menu IS GOING to be improved, this was the base menu for the bid.

Friday:  

Soup Kitchen: Stroganoff in a bun/roast roll

Saturday:


Breakfast: Choice continental breakfast
Hot breakfast – Bacon, eggs, mushrooms

Lunch:
Ploughman’s lunch – pickled vegetables, salads, cold cut meats, boiled egg, rolls

Dinner:
Starting plate: pickled veg, cheese, cheese, fruit, nuts, bread sticks

1st remove:
Game cobbler, spinach and ricotta ravioli, silver beet, honeyed carrots, borsch, bread

2nd remove
Roasts ham/beef/turkey, cabbage, roast vegetables, garlic beans
 
Dessert
Fruit and cheese platter, berry fool and biscuits

Sunday:


Breakfast: Choice continental breakfast
Hot breakfast – Bacon, eggs, mushrooms

Lunch: Cold cuts and salads
